strong-willed, receptive, visionary, committed, thoughtful, conscientious, innovative, charismatic, ambitious, empowering, communicative, progressive, intellectual, expert, passionate, tenacious, pioneering, inspiring, courageous, daring, (feel free to include additional qualities!)
