Wakefield High School includes grades nine through twelve and is one of three secondary schools serving Arlington Country in the Northern Virginia area. It has a student body of approximately 1,600 and a professional staff of 160. Reflecting the diverse population of the nation's capital area, Wakefield has a rich distribution of ethnic groups and cultures among its students.
