From the Site of Osbourn Park High School: Osbourn Park High School is located in suburban Prince William County, a part of the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Osbourn Park serves the western part of the County and is located between the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park. Osbourn Park offers a variety of vocational preparation programs and challenging academic offerings. The student population of Osbourn Park numbers approximately 2,100 in grades 9-12. Osbourn Park has also been designated as the Center for Environmental and Biological Sciences (CEBS) and houses two other specialty programs: Allied Health and NJROTC.
