Students & Leaders is a project created by Comcast and C-SPAN to bring together 40 local high schools and 40 national leaders in 20 days. This scholarship competition is an extension of the Students & Leaders project, and will give opportunities to thirteen local area high school seniors to win college scholarship money. In a maximum 500-word typed essay, participating students answered the following question:
"What did you learn about leadership and public service by viewing
one or more of the 'Students & Leaders' programs on C-SPAN
Networks or web sites?"
